Laser Cutting
On our fiber laser cutter, we offer cutting in both iron, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and brass.
A high storage system with space for 420 tons of sheets automatically feeds the laser cutter, and after processing, the items are returned to the storage, from where they are retrieved for further processing in production. The laser cutter is equipped with exchange tables, which optimizes production time and minimizes downtime. This setup ensures that the laser cutter can operate unmanned – while also being flexible, precise, and fast. Furthermore, it allows us to quickly switch to, for example, urgent orders.
Stansning
Our two lightning-fast "COMBI" machines – which can both punch and laser cut – are also fed by the high storage, and when the items are finished processed, they are automatically sorted onto pallets, which are returned to the high storage for further processing in production. We have a wide range of punching tools for, among other things, threads, countersinks, and various embossings, which can save many expensive manual processes.
